Q: Does Ace Self Storage accept credit cards?
A: Yes, we accept Visa and Mastercard
Q: Will Ace Self Storage provide me with a lock?
A: Locks can be purchased in the office for your convenience.
Q: Is there a monthly invoice?
A: Yes, a monthly invoice or statement will be sent out after the 20th of each month.
Q: Can I store my Classic Car, RV, or boat at your facility?
A: No, Ace Self Storage does not provide outside storage for vehicles. Please call us for a referral.
Q: Are there any restrictions as to what I can store?
A: Yes, there are legally defined restrictions for all self storage companies to abide by. Some include, but are not limited to: inflammable or combustible materials, animals or animal products, perishable food, illegal or stolen goods, firearms, jewelry and valuables, fragrances, aerosols, hazardous materials, and plants. No Mopeds, Motorbikes or anything with a internal combustion engine. Please contact us for more information or if you have specific questions.
Q: Will Ace Self Storage provide insurance or do I have to?
A: Ace Self Storage recommends that you contact your home owners insurance or we will provide a referral for storage insurance. We recommend insuring all of your valuables.
Q: What access can I expect?
A: There is year-round access available 7 days a week with your individual access code:
Monday thru Friday: 8am to 5pm.
Saturday and Sunday 10am to 2pm.
